Morgensonne 4 is located in the heart of the Travemünde-Priwall vacation village, on the Priwall peninsula on the Baltic Sea. This cozy Scandinavian-style wooden vacation home is situated in the beach harbor and just a short walk from the beach. It is a wonderful place for families, a small group or friends looking to enjoy a vacation together.
The spacious living and dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. During the colder months, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, while the private sauna is perfect for relaxing.

There are three separate bedrooms. The rooms are furnished with either a double bed or two single beds, making the home suitable for different types of groups.
One of the highlights is the private sauna. After an active day by the sea, you can relax and unwind here. A crib and high chair are also provided for families with children.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The large terrace is perfect for enjoying time outdoors. Start the day with a relaxing breakfast and fresh bread rolls, or fire up the barbecue in the evening for a cozy meal.
The location on Priwall offers plenty of opportunities for a beach vacation. The Baltic Sea beach is just a short walk away, while swimming, water sports and other seaside activities are available right nearby.
Priwall is a peninsula approximately three kilometers long, situated between the Baltic Sea and the Trave River. It has belonged to Lübeck since 1226 and offers a varied landscape for walks and excursions.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
