The vacation home is located on the edge of the complex and on an exclusive 130 m² plot. For the exclusive use of guests is a beautiful private space opposite the house, equipped for outdoor dining. Location: Camaiore 3 km (stores of all kinds), the beaches of Lido di Camaiore 12 km, Pietrasanta 12 km, Viareggio 13 km, Lucca 25 km, Pisa (airport) 35 km, Florence 100 km. Arrival after 8 pm against payment.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
