This beautiful wooden holiday home is the perfect oasis for the active family who want to do something as well as discover the holiday resort.
Wake up refreshed in the morning and after breakfast in the enclosed grounds, you can decide what you want to do today. You can spend the morning on the beach. The house is only four kilometres from the local beach, where you can enjoy a leisurely swim and sunbathe, or perhaps you'd like to go surfing? You can also take a leisurely stroll along the beach.
Just a few metres from the holiday home you can shop for a great lunch in the holiday home if you don't feel like indulging in local specialities in a restaurant.
You might want to do something in the afternoon. From the holiday home it is only 40 metres to the bike hire and you can spend the afternoon cycling in the Italian countryside.
In the evening you can retire to the holiday home. You can cook in the kitchen while your children play in the garden, where they have a small playground with a swing, sandpit, playhouse and slide.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
