The apartment is situated on a beautiful natural plot with its own lake, 4 km from the golf course at Rø and 6 km from the beautiful sandy beach at Gudhjem. Here you are surrounded by the most beautiful nature on the island. The apartment has two floors and makes a beautiful and modern impression.
You have access to several terraces with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue, so you can enjoy many hours of outdoor socialising.
If you want to get out of the property and experience the surrounding nature, you can take advantage of free mountain bike hire and free access to disc golf and football golf in the immediate vicinity. Have a delicious lunch at Gudhjem's smokehouse, visit the traditional glass workshop or enjoy a large waffle ice cream at the harbour. You can walk up the old streets and admire the beautiful old houses. You are not far from Allinge, Svaneke and the ruins of Hammershus Castle, and you can also take an exciting trip to the island of Christiansø.
A wonderful starting point for your Bornholm holiday with a short distance to many exciting destinations.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
