Ideal location for exploring the beautiful bays of Moneglia, the nearby Vara Valley (first European municipality with environmental certification) and the wide sandy beaches of Fairy Bay and the Bay of Tranquility in Sestri Levante. 37 km the fashionable Santa Margherita Ligure, 42 km the picturesque Portofino. Ferries from Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita Ligure to the Cinque Terre area (42 km Monterosso, 44 km Camogli and San Fruttuoso with its beautiful Benedictine monastery and bronze statue of Christ on the bottom of the sea - a diver's paradise). A tip for art lovers: 56 km Genoa with its magnificent palaces of the Rolli, UNESCO World Heritage Site. 3 km away as the crow flies is a highway. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
