This cosy holiday home is situated on a beautiful end plot.
The house is practically divided. In the main house you will find a living room and kitchen, a good bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. From the kitchen and dining room you have access to a very cosy conservatory, which is heated with underfloor heating. Here the doors can be fully opened, giving you the feeling of sitting on the terrace but still being sheltered from the wind. A really good base for some lovely evenings in summer and winter. From the conservatory you have access to the other part of the house. Here you will find 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a 3/4 bed and a single bunk above - as well as a lovely large bathroom with access to the spa and sauna. From the conservatory you have access to the beautiful enclosed terrace where you can enjoy a cosy barbecue. In the shed you will find fishing rods that can be used free of charge. If you have caught fish for dinner, these can be cleaned under the covered area from the outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water.
The grounds of the house are beautiful and large, so children can play freely here.
There are many excursion destinations and activities in the area surrounding Trend. Trend Strand is known for its fantastic conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing. There is beautiful nature here and the town of Løgstør on the Limfjord is definitely worth a visit.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
