Very popular because of its central location for excursions to Italy and Switzerland, as well as the beautiful hiking areas. Here we offer two vacation apartments with balcony (ATI328+ATI329). Wonderful panoramic view of the Ötztal Alps and Swiss mountains. Breakfast buffet can be booked on site. Also suitable for fishing enthusiasts because of the ideal fishing waters. Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
