The rent also includes a boat, but it is shared with cottage S60038. Feel free to book both houses if you want to vacation with friends. In the forest you can go for a walk and pick mushrooms and berries. Your dog is also welcome in this vacation home.
The archipelago of St. Anna offers beautiful places to stay and is a popular destination. You are also close to Kolmårdens Zoo and the larger cities of Linköping and Norrköping. These cities have a good range of stores and restaurants.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
