


The holiday home (half of a double bungalow) for 2 people, renovated in 2019, is located in a quiet and almost rural location in a residential area at the rear of the owner's approx. 1,000 m² fenced residential property. It is approx. 1,000 m to the public swimming pool on the Müritz and approx. 2 km to the centre with the beautiful old town and the harbour (public transport). Bakery and supermarket are in the immediate neighbourhood.
The approx. 36 square metre, ground-floor, non-smoking house with separate entrance is equipped with a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small sitting area), a small separate kitchen (hotplates, fridge with freezer, various small kitchen appliances) and a recently renovated bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a large covered and furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage and storage facilities, electric heating and a car park. The owner keeps chickens and offers fresh eggs on request (for a fee), fruit from the garden can be harvested by arrangement.
The total price includes final cleaning, water and from 01.05. to 30.09. electricity costs. Please bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them for a fee. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption (from 01.10. to 30.04.), laundry package (if desired). Dogs are allowed in this property.
The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district.
The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
