The beautiful sandy beach of Guardamar is only a 10-minute drive away and has excellent beach bars where you can enjoy a cold drink with your family. The main airport is Alicante, just 40 km away by car and the recently opened Covera airport. The city of Murcia is 75 km away.
Due to the famous salt lakes that surround this area, the climate is one of the best in the world.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
