Welcome to our idyllic holiday home, located on the edge of a beautiful hiking area near Winterberg. This spacious detached house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Enjoy the peace and nature in this charmingly furnished house, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
Highlights:
• Cozy Living Rooms: Two living rooms on the ground floor, including a small living room with a comfortable seating area and TV, and a large living room with a fireplace, spacious dining area for 14 people, and access to the sunny terrace and southwest-facing garden.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen features two ceramic cooktops, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and kettle, ideal for preparing meals for large groups.
• 5 Spacious Bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, all furnished with comfortable single box spring beds. Extra cribs with bed linen are available.
• 3 Bathrooms: Modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and separate shower on the upper floor, and two with showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Practical Amenities: Washing machine, dryer, lockable shed for bikes, skis, or motorbikes, and parking for 5 cars.
After an active day, you can relax by the fireplace with a good glass of wine or enjoy dinner at the large dining table. In summer, the terrace with wooden garden furniture and the garden offer the perfect spot for long evenings outdoors.
Location: This holiday home is ideally located for excursions in the Sauerland, whether you come to ski, hike, or mountain bike. For a moment of extra relaxation, you can book an appointment at the nearby Salt Cave and enjoy the pure air.
Please note: Parties or loud events are not allowed. This holiday home is intended for families and seniors who want to enjoy peace and nature. Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM.

Het huis is uitdagend en compleet. Fijn om je ook even terug te kunnen trekken vanuit de drukte van de groep. Heerlijk om te koken in de zeer complete keuken, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. De oven bleef tot de laatste dag overigens een uitdaging..
We hadden veel hout meegenomen en hebben ‘s avonds heerlijk genoten van de open haard.
Het was ons tweede jaar in Im Orketal en het voelde meteen als thuiskomen.

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen in dem Haus. Dafür ist es super ausgelegt. Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wo 2 weitere Personen am Esstisch hätten Platz finden sollen, wenn wir das Haus komplett belegt hätten. Großartig war der Kamin im Esszimmer. Das hat für eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Terrasse haben wir zum Grillen und Glühwein trinken nach dem Skitag genutzt.

Das Haus ist umfassend mit Geschirr und allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sogar Frischhaltedosen für die Reste sind dort. Auch für große Familien und Gruppen mit Kindern ist alles da. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort und es hat alles gereicht und wir hatten viel Spaß.

Aangenaam huis met zeer fijne ruimtes. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig had en ook een vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars waar nodig.
Wij vonden de omgeving ook heel mooi, we konden een rustige wandeling doen van aan het huisje. De Sauerlandkaarten waren ook een heel lieve attentie.

Heerlijk huis, gunstige ligging tov winterberg. Enige minpuntje dat er geen apart toilet is.
