• Spacious Living Room: The ground floor features a large living room with a comfortable seating area, a dining table for 12 people, and a cozy spot by the traditional German "Kaminofen." For extra relaxation, there is a separate fireplace room where you can curl up with a good book. This room also leads to a covered terrace, the Wintergarten.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences, including a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven.
• 6 Comfortable Bedrooms: On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds (separate box springs) and one bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
• 2 Luxurious Bathrooms: The first floor has two bathrooms: one with a bath/shower combination, toilet, and double sink, and a second bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and double sink.
• Playroom and Wellness: The attic floor features a large playroom with various toys and an air hockey table, perfect for the children. The spacious garden includes a hot tub for year-round relaxation and a trampoline for extra fun.
• Garden and Terrace: The fenced garden is equipped with a terrace with garden furniture for 12 people, a BBQ, and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Parking is conveniently available behind the house, and there is a garage for bikes and motorcycles.
Location: This holiday home is located in charming Siedlinghausen, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other amenities such as a bakery, supermarket, and tourist office. The beautiful nature of Sauerland offers numerous hiking and cycling routes, and Winterberg is just a 10-minute drive away.
Please Note: Parties or loud events are not allowed. This holiday home is intended for families and seniors who want to enjoy peace and nature. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards.

Wir waren mit 11 Personen da und alle haben sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur zweckmäßig, sie strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus. Im großen Wohn-/Esszimmer besteht die Möglichkeit, sowohl gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu sitzen als auch individuellen Beschäftigungen nachzugehen, ohne sich gegenseitig zu stören. Weitere Räume bieten bei Bedarf Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wintergarten und Außenanlagen konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen aber wir waren auch so rundum zufrieden.

Een prachtige locatie en een heerlijk authentiek vakantiehuis. De omheinde tuin en de buitenkamer maken dat je in het voorjaar al snel buiten kan zitten. Na een lange wandeling is de hottub verkwikkend. De speelkamer op zolder is de ultieme plek voor de kinderen om te spelen. Aan alles is gedacht voor iedereen, een echte aanrader dit vakantiehuis!
