Enjoy a large pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a great rustic barbecue area, ideal for savouring Mallorca's sunny climate. Car parking is available at the house in the shade of trees.
The farmhouse offers plenty of space for privacy and lots of natural light floods in through numerous windows. The interior exudes a warm, summery atmosphere, which is enhanced by bright colours and carefully selected décor as well as rustic Mallorcan elements such as a brick fireplace and a natural stone wall. Communal areas, including a cosy dining room, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen, are designed for comfort. The property has nine stylish double bedrooms over two floors, complemented by nine modern bathrooms, seven of which are en suite, including one with a Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.
The large, well-kept farmhouse Es Puig d'es Call is situated on a spacious, green plot in the south of the island. Despite its rural location, the nearest town with shops and restaurants is within easy reach: Felanitx is only 2.5 km away by hire car via the nearby country road. Beautiful beaches such as Cala Gran or Cala d'Or are only approx. 14 km away.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
