Enjoy the wide view of the valley and in the distance Mount Soratte. Property of about 6 hectares with olive groves and vineyards, meadows and pine forests, centuries-old elms and a small soccer / handball field. At 200 m distance there is a farmhouse inhabited by the manager. Access via 1.5 km of unpaved road. Arrival only 16- 20 o'clock.

Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
