Very close to Grønninghoved beach, this beautiful vacation home welcomes you and your family. It is the ideal place to spend a restful and relaxing vacation by the sea. The living room is flooded with light through its large windows and gives a great feel-good atmosphere. Swing the wooden spoons together, play board games or watch your favorite movie. On the large terrace you may be able to hear the sound of the sea of the Little Belt while enjoying your first morning coffee. Your children will find plenty of space in the garden to play and romp and from there they can also quickly get to the beach.
Therefore, just throw your bath towel over your shoulder and lie down on the warm sand. Splash around with your kids in the shallow water or take a walk along the beach. As an angler, you can also wade into the shallow water and cast your rod and, with a little luck and skill, bring home some freshly caught fish.
Also take a trip to Kolding or Hadersleben and stroll around the towns. Also make challenging bike trips and admire the natural beauty of the surroundings.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
