On the large property, which is also inhabited by the owner, you can enjoy your time out surrounded by forest, beach and sea. Sip a cup of fragrant coffee on the terrace or sit back with a good book. Get together in the evening over a barbecue and chat until the stars twinkle in the night sky.
Enjoy relaxing hours on the child-friendly sandy beach at Båring Vig, where you can swim, collect shells or simply listen to the sound of the waves. Just a few minutes away is Asperup, where you can shop, go to the gym and play a game of padel. If you're in the mood for city life, Middelfart with its cosy cafés and lively harbour is just a short drive away.
Note: In addition to the two fairly steep stairs inside, there is also a normal external staircase leading to the first floor.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
