Description
This extremely comfortable and large vacation home is located near Regenhütte, between Bayerisch Eisenstein and Zwiesel, in a touristically well-developed region on the border with the Czech Republic. The river Regen is known as a natural body of water rich in fish and is about 200 m away from the house. To the village pond it is about 800 m - here you may also swim. In rainy weather you can browse through the library of the house. Here you will find German-language novels, non-fiction and children's books and a DVD collection with over 100 movies. In the house there is a nice winter garden and a piano. A large natural garden also belongs to the house.
The single beds in the 2nd living room are 1.40 m long and therefore only suitable for children.

Lots of forest, healthy air, idyllic mountain lakes and warm hospitality await families with children, seniors and stress-ridden city dwellers on a vacation in Bayerisch Eisenstein, one of the most densely wooded and oldest climatic health resorts in the Bavarian Forest. Here, four different landscape areas meet with the Bavarian Forest National Park, its Bohemian neighbor Sumava, the Bavarian Forest Nature Park and the Sumava Protected Landscape Area. In summer there is plenty of room for adventurous hikes through the still untouched nature, excursions and outdoor adventures. Distance to the cycling and hiking trail Goldenes Straßl 100 m. There are five lakes nearby - Großer and Kleiner Arbersee on the German side and Schwarzer See, Teufelsee and Lakensee in the Czech Republic. In the surroundings: Arber (1456 m), Falkenstein (1312 m), Zwercheck (1332 m) and Mittagsplatzl (1340 m). Partly you can reach the summits with mountain railroads. Hiking on about 350 km partly cross-border hiking trails from easy to challenging. Outdoor adventures: high ropes course, rafting, summer biathlon, mine, GPS orientation in the forest. Nordic walking, cycling and mountain biking, outdoor tennis courts, mini golf and much more for the whole family.
In winter, an Eldorado for skiers, tobogganers and snowboarders awaits you, as well as several cross-country skiing centers and downhill runs on the Großer Arber. You can choose between three ski areas with fun parks: at the Arber, at the Spicak and at the Belvedere lifts in the valley. All with snow-making facilities and a total of 12 T-bar lifts, 4 chairlifts and a mountain railroad. Extra beds on request.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
