The house is well suited for two families with two bathrooms with underfloor heating and more. In the large, brightly furnished living room with fireplace, leather furniture, stereo and satellite TV, the whole family meets when they are not just in the large swimming pool area. The house also has air conditioning, which cools the air in summer and warms it up in winter. In good weather, the large open natural plot invites you to play. You can swim in the sea, which is only a few minutes walk from the house. Here you will also find excellent opportunities for fishing, both from land and on the water.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
