Description
Simple and functionally furnished apartments with terraces and partial view of the lake Prokljan. You will stay in the small village Raslina and near a traffic road. Raslina is a quiet village between the towns of Vodice and Sibenik. Here the river Krka flows into the sea. The mixture of salt and fresh water has resulted in an exceptional selection of culinary delights such as sea eel and other local specialties. Visit the Krka National Park and the town of Skradin. Near the island of Stipanac, the remains of the sunken city of Gavan are said to be visible.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
