Description
This terraced house is located in an old, beautifully renovated thatched cottage in a secluded location on the edge of the Bordelumer Heide nature reserve near Langenhorn. Enjoy your holiday by the North Sea with up to 4 people.
On the ground floor of the lovingly furnished house is the smaller bedroom, a shower room and the large, modern living room with adjoining reading room for relaxing. Here you can end the day after a long mudflat hike.
On the first floor, the highlight of this house is the 52m² bedroom with a free-standing bathtub. The thatched roof ensures a pleasant living climate in all weathers. There is also a WC on this floor.
In front of the house there is a south-facing terrace with table, chairs, parasol and an electric barbecue for relaxed barbecue evenings on the large property. There are also two sun loungers for sunbathing. Here you can relax and enjoy the wonderful North Sea air.
In Langenhorn you will find a landscape that is unique in Germany, heath and forest, the marsh and a sky whose magic has always fascinated painters. The neighbouring forest and heathland invite you to take long walks through this fantastic natural landscape. Langenhorn is centrally located on the North Frisian west coast, meaning that all tourist hotspots are within easy reach. Nordstrand, Dagebüll and Schlüttsiel, the gateway to the North Frisian Islands, as well as Sylt and the Storm town of Husum are all within easy reach. The proximity of the "Hamburger Hallig" and "Holmer Siel" bathing beaches, the extensive forest and heathland areas and the healthy, stimulating climate of the North Sea make Langenhorn an ideal holiday destination.
In Langenhorn you will find all the shops you need for your daily needs, a group practice, a dentist, physiotherapists and masseurs as well as a pharmacy.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
