This vacation home is perfect for a cozy and relaxing vacation. The living room with dining area and open kitchen is the natural meeting point of the house. Here you can relax in comfortable furniture, watch TV, listen to the radio and in the cooler season enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the fireplace stove. There is a washing machine and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Spend wonderful hours on the partially covered and large wooden terrace with garden furniture. Here you can lie on the sun loungers and enjoy the quiet, green surroundings in the sun. The terrace is also the perfect place to have breakfast, dinner or enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
The house is within walking distance of the beautiful and child-friendly sandy beach of Dueodde, where you can spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. You also live close to Dueodde lighthouse with restaurant, kiosk, etc. The area is very suitable for long, beautiful walks. Nearby destinations include Rokkestenen, the charming fishing village of Snogebæk and Svaneke, etc. Children will love a Krølle Bølle ice cream, named after the national troll and mascot of the island.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
