This non-smoking 71 m² (approx. 760 sq. ft.) vacation home features a private entrance and offers a cozy living room with a comfortable seating area, a widescreen satellite TV, and a pleasant radio. Prepare your favorite meals in the practical kitchen, which is equipped with an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, a 30-liter freezer, kitchen utensils, and a regular coffee maker. The house features two comfortable bedrooms with a total of three beds: one bedroom with a double bed (queen/king size) and one bedroom with two single beds, complemented by handy clothes hangers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. For added convenience, a washing machine, heating, a smoke detector, and energy-efficient LED bulbs are provided, as well as a free travel crib and high chair for the youngest guests.

Outdoors, you can make the most of outdoor living on the lovely sun terrace and in the spacious garden, which is equipped with comfortable patio furniture, a barbecue for long summer evenings, and playground equipment for the children. Thanks to its beachfront location, you can walk to the coast within two minutes for a refreshing dip or a relaxing beach walk. The surroundings of Vemmingbund and Broager are a fantastic starting point for numerous activities. Swimming, bowling, horseback riding in nature, fishing, or strolling through stunning old towns with cozy restaurants and cafés (just 200 meters away) are within easy reach. For your daily shopping, you will find shops 1 kilometer away.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
