The cottage in the popular Øer is located within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach. Here you can be active and also fish from the shore. Visit Øer Maritime Ferienpar with its many activities (fee required). Djursland is an oasis for the whole family, where a longer vacation or a shorter stay is ideal. Everything your heart desires in terms of activities, nature experiences, attractions and sightseeing can be found close by. If you are interested in churches, e.g. Jutland's only round church, castles and country estates, this is the right place. Children will love a visit to the amusement park Djurs Sommerland. Experience the special atmosphere of a trading town in Ebeltoft, where the pedestrian zone offers many small specialty stores and good restaurants, at the end of the pedestrian zone is the beautiful old town hall. The frigate Jylland, Ree Park and the animal park Skandinavisk Dyrpark are also worth a visit. The bunk beds are most suitable for children.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
