Look forward to a vacation in the cottage in a beautiful location by the lake Munktorpsjön.
The house is modern and comfortably furnished and offers space for up to 8 people for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and make yourself comfortable together at the fireplace in the living room, which spreads cozy warmth and a cozy atmosphere.
The rent includes both a rowing boat and a canoe for nice trips on the lake, which is located next to the house.
Many good swimming and fishing lakes are nearby and there are many mushrooms and berries in the area. You will find many beautiful hiking trails in the area. You live close to Sweden's center, Flataklocken, which is a nice place to visit. It is about an hour's drive to Sundsvall.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
