It has a living space of approximately 85 m², and the plot is a spacious 300 m². The bright and airy living room is equipped with a dining table, sofa, and various armchairs. Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is a small flat-screen TV.

The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, (tabletop) refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, extractor hood, and gas hob. It is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, and there is an additional sleeping area on the open loft. The master bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200) with hanging and storage space. In the small bedroom, there are 2 new box springs (70 x 200) with a table, reading lamp, and a shelf. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains. On the loft, there is a trundle bed (2 x 80 x 200), accessible via a steep ladder without railing (not suitable for the elderly).

The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor has a skylight, and there is also a second toilet, separate from the bathroom.

In the internal storage room, there is a combination microwave and a washing machine.

The beautifully landscaped garden of 200 m² includes a wind-sheltered terrace with a garden table and chairs, as well as a spot near the private garden shed, creating an absolute holiday feeling.

There is parking space for 1 car at the property.
