It also exists in Tyrol! In the center of Kirchberg in Tirol you will find the apartment house of the 'Rösslwirtin'. All vacation apartments (ATI894-896) are comfortably furnished and of course have many amenities. Not suitable for wheelchairs. Car parking in the underground garage for a fee. Breakfast or half board can be booked in the neighboring hotel (summer months). Sauna, solarium + internet together for a fee, there is also a games room in the house. Bread roll service possible. Due to the central location in the middle of town, stores and shopping facilities are within easy reach. An extensive summer activity program for young and old is offered in Kirchberg. Every week there are guided hikes or special adventures for children. But even without animation, there are numerous sports and recreational opportunities in the vicinity of Kirchberg. The beautiful mountain scenery alone is worth exploring on cobbler's rags. Many hiking trails lead to the surrounding alpine pastures, from where you will be rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view of the Tyrolean Alps.

For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
