This independent house is the result of the renovation of a former barn and is situated in a quiet and secluded location. It belongs to a small group of independent houses in the middle of the countryside with woods, but is only 25 km from Florence, 45 km from Arezzo and 50 km from Siena. Beautiful walks are nearby and there is also a renowned outlet of the most famous Italian fashion designers 12 km away. Equipped garden with sunshade and barbecue. On request it is possible to organize a cook in the house. The water in the house is not drinkable, but can be used for personal hygiene and cooking.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
