Description
Experience an unforgettable vacation in this vacation villa located at the end of a dead-end street with selected equipment.
From the hallway, you enter the one-hand storage room, where you can also put your bikes for example, as well as a toilet with a small hand basin. Another door leads you into the spacious light-flooded living area. Make yourself comfortable in the comfortable XXL sofa or one of the 2 armchairs. Around the corner is the large dining table with the adjacent fully equipped open kitchenette. From the dining area, you also enter the one bedroom, equipped with a double box spring bed 180 x 200 cm for a night of healthy sleep as well as its own ground-level shower and sink.
Between the living and dining areas, the spiral staircase leads up to the upper floor. You can already look forward to a restful night's sleep in one of the 3 double box spring beds 180 x 200 cm, distributed in three spacious bedrooms. The beds can be pushed apart. But also the bathroom with ground-level shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet leaves nothing to be desired.
You enter the green garden through a sliding door in the living area. Enjoy an aperitif in the southern separate outdoor seating area or enjoy the blazing fire in the outdoor fireplace on the partially covered garden seating area directly by the house. There is still plenty of room to listen to the inspiring sounds of nature in a lounger in the sun and the healthy North Sea air. Due to the villa's location at the end of a dead-end street, you benefit from a lot of privacy.
In front of the house can park 2 cars. Additional vehicles must be parked in the outdoor parking lot of Hotel Duinzicht, which is about 100m away.

Das Haus hatte genügend Platz für 7 Personen und war schön eingerichtet.
das untere Schlafzimmer hatte idealerweise einen wasch und Duschbereich.
Im Garten hätte man bei schönem Wetter genug Platz gehabt um sich zu sonnen , oder Federball zu spielen. Das Grundstück war so eingewachsen, das man sich nicht beobachtet fühlte von den umliegenden Nachbarn.
Den vorhandenen Grill haben wir gerne benutzt.
Der Mikrowellen/Backofen war gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Ein großer Topf für 7 Personen und größere Schüsseln wären gut gewesen.
Der einzige Nachteil für uns war, das das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, da die Türen nicht gedämmt sind .
Wir hatten ein Baby dabei und mussten uns Abends leise unterhalten um das Kind nicht aufzuwecken, da man uns trotz geschlossener Tür gehört hätte .
Den Strand war in laufnähe und der schönste, sauberste und breiteste Strand den wir je gesehen haben.
Da wir selbst an der Nordsee wohnen, kann ich das sagen!
Wir würden das Haus weiterempfehlen
Bei schönerem Wetter hätte man draußen sitzen können.

Es war ein super Ferienhaus für eine Gruppengröße von 6 Personen. Die Ausstattung war wunderbar und es fehlte an nichts.
Sehr modern eingerichtet mit einem kleineren Badezimmer und einem großen.

Ja maar er mag misschien nog meer keukenbenodigheden zijn en misschien iets dien aan de mierenplaag.
Ook jammer dat er geen loungemeubilair was buiten
