Description
This well-kept holiday home is located in the traditional holiday home settlement of Fjerllerup and within walking distance of the beach. It is situated on a large, sheltered plot with terraces and a beautiful lawn. Relax in the Finnish wooden bath under the open sky. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere in the eat-in kitchen. There are also good bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool and sauna as well as an additional WC. The area is characterised by large forests, estates, marked hiking trails and well-signposted cycle paths. One of them leads to Bønnerup, for example, where you will find an active harbour and restaurants. Djursland is home to beautiful excursion destinations: Djurs Sommerland a family-friendly amusement park, the Gl. Estrup Manor Museum, the Kattegat Centre, Ree Park, Skanidanvischer Tierpark and the frigate Jylland. Randers Regnskov and the Memphis Mansion are located in Randers.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
