The finca has picturesque paths that lead to a pool area that guarantees absolute privacy surrounded by greenery. The 10-metre pool is complemented by a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols as well as an outdoor shower.
Inside, the finca has a cosy, open-plan living and dining room with a sofa area, dining table, TV and fireplace, ideal for social gatherings. The kitchen is in the immediate vicinity and is fully equipped for self-catering. The accommodation comprises three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. In addition, the finca is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, which ensures optimum temperatures all year round.
The family-friendly finca Can Crestall is located in the beautiful south of Mallorca on a spacious plot. Several beaches in the south of the island can be reached quickly and easily from here. You can do your daily shopping in the nearby supermarkets in Campos.
Electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the rental price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event that this amount is exceeded, you will have to pay money into the unit.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
