From the large sun terrace you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view that lets you breathe freedom. Both apartments (AKA136, AKA137) are comfortable and newly furnished with private entrance, which is accessible via a lattice staircase. You can bring your four-legged friend free of charge - so nothing stands in the way of your vacation with dog in Carinthia! A large network of hiking trails and routes for mountain tours invites you to hike, a trip over the Glockner high alpine road (toll) to the glacier or the Glockner bike path will make your vacation an experience.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
