Nice and bright Scandinavian interior with comfortable furniture and in the living room there is a flat screen TV with German and Scandinavian channels. Nice and functional small kitchen. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating. The loft of the cottage is intended only for children. From the house it is not far to the two beautiful 18-hole golf courses in Rø. The idyllic town of Gudhjem with its stores, cafes and smokers is only a few kilometers away. In the area you will also find the picturesque Spellinge Mose, Ro Plantation and good bike paths along the coast.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
