Vacation apartment in Isola Rossa in a complex 600 m from the sea. The apartments are located in terraced houses bordered by paths, flowers and tall trees that provide a pleasant shade in the afternoon. At only 500-800 m you will find the splendid beach of La Marinedda with white sand and rocks with an emerald green, transparent and crystal clear sea with gently sloping seabeds and about 1 km the center of the village. The apartments are located on the first floor or on the second floor. They offer easy access to the beach and all have a balcony or terrace and parking space. The pictures are sample pictures. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
