Villa Masi is a beautifully restored old stone villa located in the quiet village of Kurili (Kanfanar municipality) in the interior of Istria. With space for up to 6 guests and a stunning private pool, this is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
Antique Flair and Modern Comfort
The villa exudes a nostalgic atmosphere of times past thanks to its characteristic stone walls, combined with all contemporary conveniences:
Ground Floor: An open, cozy living room with a comfortable sectional sofa and satellite TV, a dining area for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen.
First Floor: Two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One room features a double bed, while the other has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed upon request.
The Loft: Upstairs you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, an extra sofa bed, and also its own en-suite bathroom. There are a total of 3 bathrooms in the villa.
Amenities: The house is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and facilities for the youngest guests (1 crib and 1 high chair).

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
