Beautiful wooden house close to the water. The house has modern furnishings and outside there are lovely terraces to relax on. Perhaps with your first cup of coffee in the morning or a grilled fish in the evening. There is plenty of space to play in the garden, e.g. on the swing and in the sandpit. Ideal for fishing enthusiasts: large freezer and space for gutting fish. The port of Spodsbjerg, which was a ferry port for ships to Lolland in the Middle Ages, is two kilometers away. You can play mini golf and eat an ice cream cone at the campsite.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
