Description
Unique cottage in Blekinge archipelago on Yttre Stekön, outside Ronneby.
This cottage impresses with its wonderful location. It has its own jetty and a large terrace overlooking waters where you can fish, swim, watch seals and abundant birdlife.
You can reach the house by boat, which is moored in the harbor of Ekenäs on the mainland, 10 liters of gasoline per week are included in the house price. In the harbor there is a nice restaurant, Villa Vassen. By boat you can go around the Blekinge archipelago and go ashore on several islands: on Harön you have beautiful evening sun until late in the evening, on Karön you can dock and admire the beautiful turn of the century houses. You can also moor by boat at Ronneby Brunnspark for coffee, restaurants or shopping. On the island itself there are beautiful hiking trails.
There is also the possibility to rent a kayak and basic fishing equipment from the owner for a fee.
The town center of Ronneby is worth a visit. There are many beautiful old wooden houses and alleys here. Also Ronneby Brunn with park, adventure pool, SPA, restaurant, gym, tennis courts and mini golf is worth a visit, as well as Ericsbergs Vilt and Nature Park.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
