Solid, beautiful cottage with all its historic charm. It is located rurally, for itself and idyllic on a small lake. Several fireplaces and all conveniences for a nice vacation are available. At 20 km distance you can reach Nyköping's good restaurants and stores. The golf course and a knight game or other arrangement in Nyköpingshus are worth mentioning and worth experiencing. Kolmårdens animal park is 60 km away, there are also various shows with animals, you can also ride there in a gondola 20 meters above the landscape. Stendörren is a fantastic nature reserve near Oxelösund and Nynäs Castle with castle park and park café.

If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
