Inside, a warm and inviting atmosphere prevails, where the bright interior and spacious layout ensure a comfortable stay. The living and dining areas are perfect for unwinding together, reading a good book, or enjoying long evenings with family and friends. The proximity to the beach and dunes makes this house an ideal base for walks, bike rides, or a day of fresh sea air. This home is a place where relaxation and adventure meet, with everything within reach for an unforgettable holiday.

Right in front of the house, there are two parking spaces in a row, with a charging station for your electric car. Upon entering, you step into the hallway where you will find a bathroom in Mediterranean style, fully equipped with modern amenities. The ground floor bedroom, with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe, is especially convenient for guests with mobility issues. Through an open doorway, you enter the bright and spacious living/dining area, featuring a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. In an adjoining space, directly accessible from the kitchen, you will find a washing machine, dryer, and an additional freezer and refrigerator.

The house has a total of three bedrooms: on the upper floor, one room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), equipped with a television and a child’s bed. The second toilet with a small sink is always highly appreciated.
