Everything has a very modern yet homely feel. The villa sleeps a total of 8 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and two further bedrooms are on the second floor. Each of the smartly furnished bedrooms has air conditioning and Villa Esire is located in a small village just a short drive from Pula and its beautiful beaches. Feel the spirit of times gone by as you stroll through this ancient city and visit its landmark, the world-famous amphitheater built under Emperor Augustus. For those who love history, we recommend a guided tour to learn many interesting things about this imposing building. Cape Kamenjak, which is only a short drive from the villa, is a must if you like unspoiled nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings. Istria is a truly incredible region known for its beauty, rich cultural heritage and excellent cuisine. We recommend you to visit one of the most beautiful towns in Istria - Rovinj. Feel the magic of the town in its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean surroundings.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
