In the heart of charming Assens awaits you the cozy townhouse. It is not only close to the beautiful bathing beach, but placed to everywhere. Restaurants, stores and attractions are in close proximity. The house dates back to the 19th century and went through several renovations. It is located next to the oldest house in Assens, which was built in the 16th century. The rooms of this typical town house are on 3 floors, the steep stairs are authentic. Kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor, exit to the cozy courtyard to the west. In the courtyard you can also barbecue. On the 1st floor are 2 living rooms en suite. At the very top is the large bedroom with a view of the roofs of the house and the Little Belt. Internet throughout the house. The swimming beach is within walking distance from the house.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
