If you want to swim in the crystal clear sea, there is a swimming spot in the immediate vicinity. The house has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. The access to the house is difficult. Enjoy sunbathing and swimming in this picturesque place and take the opportunity to visit the old towns of Trogir and Split.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
