The apartment is located directly on a bike path and 300 meters from impressive cliffs and the sea, where you can swim directly from the rocks. The child-friendly beach Balka is 7 km away. It is recommended to go west to the Rokkestenen, south along the coast to Nexø or north to the charming Svaneke, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of Christiansø in favorable weather conditions.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
