Beautiful cottage in the north of Öland, it is located on the owner's property. The neighbor is also the beautiful village church, otherwise the surrounding area consists of meadow and field. The house has a terrace where you can spend the days and evenings undisturbed. Persnäs is a place with attractions in close proximity. Nearby you will discover among other things Sandby Borg, where they found over 1500 ancient objects. Here is also the lime pit Gillberga, where events are held in the summer. You can also visit Ölands Djur- og Nöjespark, Böda Sands long sandy beaches and for children Lådbilsland or the magical Trollksogen. From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
