The house is located only 10 minutes from Ales and 25 minutes from Anduze. On the first floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which is a passage room, a bathroom with toilet, a large living room with access from the outside and another with bar and armchairs. Upstairs you will find the magnificent mezzanine with its fireplace where you can relax, 3 bedrooms, including one with access from the outside, and 1 shower room with toilet and bath. A highlight is the roof terrace with magnificent views.
Spend pleasant hours outdoors in the south-facing garden with shaded terrace to relax. Refresh yourself in the pool and barbecue at the pool house.
The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities. Not far from the house you can also play golf and tennis.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
