The house is charmingly and cosily furnished and offers you communal areas as well as rooms for privacy.
Set off on beautiful hiking trails to discover the charming landscape of the region. Visit rushing waterfalls, cross deep gorges and enjoy the marvellous viewpoints you will reach. The Buitreras gorge, for example, has high vertical walls and has been declared a natural monument of geological character. The history of El Colmenar is closely linked to the Algeciras Bobadilla railway line. Follow in the footsteps of this historically interesting region.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
