The house is built from the best materials and offers the most modern comfort. At the same time, it is functionally furnished, including two bathrooms with floor heating, making it ideal for several families. At the cottage is a large, tiled terrace with wind-protected corners. After a nice walk on the beach, we recommend relaxation in the pool room with the whirlpool for six people, a pleasant sauna as well as in the inviting swimming pool with counter-current, something for the sporty active.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
