Øer is one of the most popular vacation areas near Ebeltoft / Mols. Enjoy a beautiful vacation home with space for both one and two families. Regardless of the season, the house will be able to fulfill your vacation wishes. To the house belongs a good natural ground with space for ball games and play, good play equipment for children- and after a short walk you are at the beach. You can also cycle to Ebeltoft. If you choose this house you have a good base for trips to Djurs Sommerland, Randers Regnskov, the art museum ARoS Aarhus and Ree ParkZoo.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
