Description
Families in particular like to consider this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. There are 60 comfortable holiday homes on the beach, directly behind the small promenade. The furnishings with sauna and wood-burning stove are comfortable and cosy. In this small holiday resort you will find a good programme of events all year round - in the summer months especially for families with children. - Extras: Playstation 2 on request. 32 inch flat screen and DVD player.

Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
