The enclosed natural plot with its playground equipment offers an ideal condition for a relaxing family vacation. In the summer months, the pool offers welcome refreshment. The nearest sandy beach can be reached after about 1km. On the property there is a konoba, which can be used in the presence and after consultation with the owner. In the restaurants in the immediate vicinity you can taste the culinary delights of the country. Visit Omis with rich leisure content as well as the city of Split with its beautiful Diocletian's Palace.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
