Here you will be spoilt with a whirlpool, three bathrooms, integrated sound system and built-in flat screens - all in first-class materials. The house is located in the coastal town of Ystad, which offers a rich selection of galleries, shopping and museums. Take a stroll along the promenade and try a coffee in one of the beach cafés. From Ystad you can easily take the ferry to Bornholm or Poland if you want to go on day trips.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
